Bay Area Ballers would be sending St. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Adam Wainwright, along with the rights to their 3rd round rookie draft pick. In exchange, from Johnson City, they would be receiving Phillies starting pitching Cole Hamels, and the rights to their 1st round rookie draft pick. Trade is pending physicals and commissioner approval.
